HEATMAP

Everything you need to know about Heatmap trading

Heatmap trading

The Heatmap is the latest frontier in the synthesis of market liquidity. It can be considered to all intents and purposes the ultimate evolution of the classic trading book ( DOM ) as it not only visually represents the depth of limit orders in the book and how they evolve in real time, but also how they were positioned and how they have evolved in the past.

With the use of the Heatmap, it is possible to track the most important levels where liquidity is present, which, together with orders entering the market aggressively, constitutes one of the two dimensions of trading. Compared to using a classic Book/DOM the Heatmap also provides you with past liquidity positions, simply at a glance. Knowing how liquidity interacts (or how it has interacted in the past) can give you very useful information for your trading such as: Where can I expect price to find obstacles When can these 'obstacles' actually be considered as such Where can there be interest in coming or stopping by institutional traders

Who is this the Heatmap trading for?

For those who already have a strategy and want to drastically increase overall performance with the Heatmap, increase winning trades and decrease losing trades, increase entry timing and consequently decrease drawdown.

To those who want to have the tools to use a complete methodology based on a unique Heatmap key (at the level of those used daily in trading floors) that allows trading on any time frame (scalping, fast swing and position swing) and on any instrument.
